Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made at least 14 days before the event will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 7–14 days of the event will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are non-refundable. Customers may request to reschedule their rental based on availability. Weather-related cancellations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
