Delivery Service

Delivery is available throughout the Detroit metropolitan area for an additional fee. Delivery charges are based on the location of the event, the rental items selected, and the delivery distance.

Delivery Times

Delivery times will be coordinated prior to your event. While we make every effort to accommodate requested delivery windows, exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed and may vary based on scheduling and traffic conditions.

Customer Pickup

Certain rental items may be available for customer pickup. Pickup availability will be determined based on the rental item(s) requested and will be communicated during the booking process.

Rental Returns

Rental items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received. Additional fees may apply for damaged, lost, excessively dirty, or missing items.

Event Site Access

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery location is accessible and safe for delivery. Additional fees may apply if special accommodations are required.

Weather Policy

Outdoor rentals are subject to weather conditions. Certain items may not be suitable for use during severe weather. Customer safety is our top priority, and rental arrangements may be adjusted as needed.
